MMR

In case anyone is interested CNN reported on September 3rd that the MMR shot does not cause Autism.

We met Dr Shah (the Pediatrician) today and we really liked him and his staff was really nice. We thought his office could be a little nicer but I'd rather have a really good Dr with an ok office than a crappy Dr with a really nice office. And I've heard really good things about him.

I am happy you like your doctor.

Yes his office could be nicer, at this point I would just take a bigger waiting room though. He is kind of like one of those hole in the wall places to eat. Crappy atmosphere but great food. He is a great Dr.

My sister in law is the crafty one. She makes bibs, taggies, onesies with felt designs on them, and more! She is going to teach me how to work a sewing machine as soon as I get one. Those bows were super simple all I did was tied ribbons around a rubberband. They just look cooler when they're all together. But, thanks!

I have heard really good things about your doctor! My daughter Carsyn had Soleil over to play the other day, she is such a cute girl. I can't believe how much she looks like a McCaleb!

Hey Abby, it's Jennifer (Pitts). I found your blog through Brianne & Alison and check on it time to time to see how the baby is "growing". Anyway, I go see Dr. Santiago and have seen Dr. Shah a couple of times and LOVE both of them! I had to change doctor's for a brief moment and had a doctor that I didn't like, but the office was decorated fantastic and was huge, so looks can be deceiving! You made a GREAT choice!

Hi Abby!!! So you're in Bakersfield and you're having a baby! SOON! We go to Dr. Shah too and LOVE him. He is wonderful with infants. I prefer him over Santiago- but she is fine when I need a same day appt. Congrats!!
